By installing or using Fiddy Send, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.
Fiddy Send is a browser extension that helps users send personalized messages from spreadsheets through their own WhatsApp Web session. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or owned by WhatsApp or Meta.
You are responsible for: (a) ensuring your contact list consists of people who expect to hear from you, (b) including opt-out instructions in your messages, (c) complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service, (d) not using Fiddy Send for spam, scams, harassment, or illegal activity.
Fiddy Send is offered under a paid license model. Free tier has a watermark. Paid tiers require a valid license key. License keys are non-transferable.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paystack. By purchasing a license, you agree to Paystack's terms. No refunds after license key is issued (see Refund Policy).
Fiddy Send is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee delivery rates, account safety, or that WhatsApp will not restrict your account. You use the extension at your own risk.
Fidean Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Fiddy Send.
We may terminate your access for violation of these terms or abusive use.
These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
